Chef: Philip Moriarty is an award-winning chef. After studying authentic cuisines all over Europe and worked as a Head chef in many high end country houses and hotels in Scotland, he is looking forward to providing his guests, from near and far, a delicious and heart warming Irish food experience.

Host: Kateri Covington has 10 years experience in hospitality between Hotels and restaurants and loves meeting new people from all over the world. She is looking forward to this new adventure in a beautiful part of Ireland.
